Dear Mr. Yip,

Thank you for your letter of 3 March.

We are sorry that your iPhone bought was unsatisfactory.

Our inspection shows that the iPhone you bought was qualified when it was sent out to the Mongkok Store. In addition, the each iPhone was (tense) inspected by the customer before every purchase. Hence we feel we cannot make the adjustment you request. We regret we cannot provide an iPhone as a replacement.
